These Terms of Use govern the legal conditions for using the ASTRO mobile application and website. By using ASTRO, you accept these terms.

1) Service Description

ASTRO is a digital operations platform for the amateur football ecosystem, providing team management, match planning/tracking, player discovery, notifications, and social interaction features.

2) Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during account registration.
  • Users are responsible for account security (password, device access, etc.).
  • Users are considered responsible for activities under their account unless a violation is reported.

3) Unacceptable Use

The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Sharing unlawful, threatening, hateful, or harassing content
  • Identity impersonation, fake accounts, misleading representation
  • Unauthorized access, security exploit attempts, system disruption efforts
  • Spam, abusive automation, and actions that harm platform integrity
  • Unauthorized disclosure of others' personal data
  • Unauthorized commercial use of ASTRO trademarks and content

ASTRO reserves the right to remove content and restrict/suspend/delete accounts for such violations.

4) User Content and License

Users are responsible for content such as posts, comments, visuals, team data, and messages.

The user grants ASTRO a limited, non-transferable license to use this content for service delivery, storage, processing, display, and improvement purposes.

The user represents that they hold the necessary rights to such content and that it does not violate third-party rights.

5) Intellectual Property

ASTRO software, design, trademark, logo, text, visuals, interface, and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

6) Service Changes and Interruptions

ASTRO may apply the following changes to improve the service:

  • Adding/removing features
  • Temporary maintenance interruptions
  • Technical infrastructure updates

Continuous and uninterrupted service operation is not guaranteed.

7) Account Suspension / Termination

ASTRO may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Legal requirement
  • Security risk or abuse
  • Fraud, manipulation, or harmful activity

Users may also request account termination/deletion through in-app flows or support channels.

8) Privacy

Processing of personal data is subject to the ASTRO Privacy Policy. These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy should be read together.

9) Third-Party Services

ASTRO may use third-party services for infrastructure, notifications, storage, and similar needs. These services may have their own terms/privacy conditions. ASTRO has limited liability for interruptions arising from third-party services outside its control.

10) Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • ASTRO is provided "as is."
  • ASTRO cannot be held liable for direct or indirect, special, or consequential damages (to the extent permitted by applicable law).
  • Users acknowledge that the platform is a communication/organization tool and that they are responsible for field conditions, third-party behavior, and physical activity risks.

11) Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify ASTRO (within legal limits) against third-party claims, damages, and costs arising from use that violates these terms.

12) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved under applicable legal rules, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data protection laws. Mandatory statutory provisions prevail where required.

13) Terms Updates

ASTRO may update these terms. Significant changes are announced through reasonable channels. The current text is effective as of its publication date.

14) Severability and Validity

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15) Rights Ownership

All intellectual and industrial rights related to ASTRO are reserved.
